Cherasco
The Luxury B&B Tra le Mura Stellate is in the historic center of Cherasco, from which guests can easily walk and visit the town, starting from the 14th-century St. Gregorio’s Church – which shares the main court with the B&B – up to the two arches that border the city center.
Do not miss the Visconti Castle, built in 300, overlooking the avenues of the Napoleonic era, where to have a romantic stroll, holding hands. From the avenues you can access the Bastioni (ramparts) and the path overlooking the Langhe tracing the walkway of the ancient starry walls, and the foundations can be seen in the area below.

History
Cherasco has a rich and eventful history. In the 350s it was conquered by the French and then by the House in Savoy in the 1550s until 1630, when the plague spread in Piedmont and Cherasco hosted the ducal court.
In 1796 Napoleone seized control of the city and he stayed here, quite close to the B & B Tra le Mura Stellate. In the same period the armistice of Cherasco was signed to design the borders of the defeated kingdom of Savoy.
